Agent On Hand is a service of Global Point Services LLC, a Texas LLC ("we", "us"). We set up and manage AI agents for contractors and small businesses in the Houston area: an AI receptionist (after-hours call answering), missed-call text-back, and speed-to-lead follow-up. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.
Two kinds of people
- Our clients are the businesses that hire us.
- Callers and leads are people who call or text a client business. For them, we act on the client's behalf, and the client's own privacy policy also applies.
What we collect
- From clients: name, business name, email, phone, billing details (handled by our payment processor, for example, Stripe), and setup details such as call-forwarding settings.
- From callers and leads: phone number, name, and what they tell the AI agent by voice or text (for example the job needed and a good time for a callback); call and message logs; call recordings and transcripts.
- From web forms: the details entered and the SMS consent record (date, time, phone number, wording shown).
- From our website: we don't use analytics tools or cookies; our hosting provider keeps basic server logs.
We do not ask for, and ask callers not to send, health or medical details by text. Our clinic text flows ask for contact details only. See "Health information" below.
How we use it
- To answer calls, text callers back, collect their details, and send a lead summary to the client business.
- To set up, test, support and improve the service for that client.
- To bill clients and to keep records of consent and opt-outs.
- To meet legal obligations and to prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- The client business the caller contacted.
- Service providers that run the service for us, only to provide it: phone and text providers (for example, Twilio or Telnyx), AI providers (for example, Retell), hosting providers (for example, Cloudflare), email providers (for example, Porkbun), and payment processors (for example, Stripe).
- Authorities when the law requires it.
SMS / text messaging
- No sharing of mobile data for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared with, or sold or rented to, third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The service providers listed above handle this data only to deliver messages for us.
- Who texts you: messages are sent on behalf of the business you called or contacted, about your call or request.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. You will get one confirmation text and no more messages. Words like "quit", "end", "cancel" or "unsubscribe" also work. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
- We keep records of opt-ins and opt-outs so that opt-outs are honored.
Health information
Some clients are small clinics. Our text flows are built to collect contact details only, not symptoms or medical details, and clinic staff confirm any appointment. Please do not text health information.
How long we keep data
We keep caller and lead data for 12 months after the conversation, or less if the client asks. Opt-out records are kept for 5 years. Client account and billing records are kept for 7 years.
Your choices
- Delete or access: email [email protected] to ask us to see or delete your information. We will reply within 30 days. If we hold the data for a client business, we may refer your request to them or act on their instructions. We may keep opt-out and legally required records.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and access limited to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure.
Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

We will post changes here and update the date above.
